Shipping Policy

We do not ship to Bahamas.  We do not ship to freight forwarders.  We are open for business Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Most orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. If your order is received close to the shipping cutoff time we may or may not be able to ship your order same day depending on the volume of orders we currently have to pack vs the time available for shipment pickup.  If we can ship same day we absolutely will.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping at $2500.  You must spend $2500 or more to get free shipping.  

Claims Policy

If you wish to make a claim for missing or incorrect items you have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us in regards to missing or incorrect items.  Claims made after 7 days of delivery will not be investigated.  It is extremely important for you to check your order immediately upon delivery to avoid the loss of investigation of claims made outside the 7 day delivery window.

We will ask you to send us a picture of the packing slip as well and pictures of the items you received and the box the items were shipped in.  The packing slip is attached to your order in a plastic pouch.  If you do not provide any of the requested documents your claim will not be approved.  You pay for insurance when you make a purchase and we insure your packages 100% to cover for losses.  

All claims are handled through Ship Insurance. We will submit the pictures and any documentation you send directly through Shopify to ship insurance and we will work on your behalf. You must prove your claim.  It is not our responsibility to prove the claim for you.  We are the mediator and the decision will be made by Ship Insurance. Once your claim is approved Ship Insurance will pay us and then we will pay you. Please be patient while we work to complete the claims process. Learn more about the claims process.

If you make claims for missing packages please make sure the packages have not been delivered nearby.  Check with your neighboring tenants for missing packages before contacting us.  If UPS is delivering your packages to the correct location and your packages continue coming up missing, UPS will blacklist your account and you will need to go to your nearest UPS location to pickup and sign for every one of your packages until your location can be trusted with delivery.  We have no control over UPS blacklisting. 

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping options are available, however customers are responsible for paying tariffs for importing goods.

Return Policy

We not not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  

Package Returned To Sender

  If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.

Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
 

Ineligible Items for return

Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.

Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
