Identification Policy

All accounts must be verified with identification.  We will not ship any order unless your account has been verified.  If we contact you in regards to a potentially fraudulent order, please be prepared to provide identification, credit card information, business license, and sales tax license when you place your order. 

Shipping Policy

We do not ship to Bahamas.  We do not ship to freight forwarders.  We are open for business Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Most orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day. If your order is received close to the shipping cutoff time we may or may not be able to ship your order same day depending on the volume of orders we currently have to pack vs the time available for shipment pickup.  If we can ship same day we absolutely will.  Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.

 

Claims Policy

If you wish to make a claim for missing or incorrect items you have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us in regards to missing or incorrect items.  Claims made after 14 days of delivery will not be investigated.  It is extremely important for you to check your order immediately upon delivery to avoid the loss of investigation of claims made outside the 14 day delivery date.

We will ask you to send us a picture of the packing slip as well and pictures of the items you received.  The packing slip is attached to your order in a plastic pouch.  If you do not provide any of the requested documents your claim will not be approved.

If you make claims for missing packages please make sure the packages have not been delivered nearby.  Check with your neighboring tenants for missing packages before contacting us.  If UPS is delivering your packages to the correct location and your packages continue coming up missing, UPS will blacklist your account and you will need to go to your nearest UPS location to pickup and sign for every one of your packages until your location can be trusted with delivery.  We have no control over UPS blacklisting. 

 

International Shipping

Worldwide shipping options are available, however customers are responsible for paying tariffs for importing goods.

 

Return Policy

 

We not not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  

Refused Package / Undelivered as Addressed (Return To Sender)

 
If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.

Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 30% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
 

 Ineligible Items for return

Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items.

Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, and damaged by customers, missing pieces, and missing packaging materials.
